13 years ago, Michelle was an anxious, pessimistic, achiever who felt like an imposter in her engineering career. When her 3 year old son started to show anxiety she decided she needed to find away to transform into the person she wanted her son to become.

11 years ago, Michelle's career had plateaued. She was performing above her peers but was not getting opportunities to be promoted. 

To solve these challenges, Michelle dove into research of high performance tools and mindset to become the best version of herself. 

Today Michelle has broken through her plateau and is an executive and high performance coach. Now she helps women break through their plateau and unlock another level of high performance in all areas of their life.

What is High Performance Coaching?

 

How do the world’s most successful people overcome fear, fatigue and frustration and implement the RIGHT strategies and habits to dramatically advance their lives and careers? This is what High Performance Coaching is all about!

Fear is a big issue, and one of the things I focus on as a coach is making sure that people deal with this, that they're conscious of it, that they know where it's stopping them, and that they face it as their best self.

I know another debilitating problem people face is fatigue.  They're overwhelmed, they're stressed, so they get irritable with their family. They stop feeling like they can make it through the day. They don't feel like they have the mental alertness, or the mental focus, or literally, the physical energy.

 

Many experience frustration. Maybe you feel like you've been beating your head against the wall the last couple of months and you're not experiencing the momentum towards your goals that you deserve, that you're doing a lot of things but they're not paying off right, and it's making you restless. It's making you question where you are. It's making you frustrated with other people around you, so it's hurting your relationships.

I talk a lot about fear, fatigue and frustration as a Certified High Performance Coach. I deal with these issues on a day to day basis with real people. It's my job! I use a structured 12 week process aligned around the high performance habits that can help you move through fear, faigue and frustration into having clarity, energy, courage, influence and productivity needed to live your best life!
